Save Registry Utility
The Save Registry utility saves everything in the RAM file system and
the system registry to the hard disk. If the batteries become completely
discharged or you have to reset the system, everything stored in RAM at
the time you ran the Save Registry utility is restored when you return to
Windows CE. Normally, information stored in RAM is lost if the system
is rebooted.
Once you get the Control Panel applications set up the way you want
them, for example, the display appearance, you should run the Save
Registry utility. You should also run it if you set up a new application.
To run the utility, tap on Start then select Programs|Utilities|Save
Registry. The following message is shown:
